The acquisitions put the council in a unique position to pursue a new council-led delivery approach for the Wards Corner site that aligns with the council’s strategic priorities for housing, economy, place and community wealth building and complements Transport for London’s (TfL) plans for Seven Sisters Market (SSM). ![]() The council is currently engaging remaining third party landowners to acquire their interests.
